Money doesn't buy happiness

Money doesn't buy you happiness if you really think about it. Yes, you need money to have clothes, food, shelter, and pay bills. You need it to fix things. It is the people in your life who are truly there for you that help with happiness. It is about doing the things you enjoy doing. It is about spending quality time with family and friends. About dancing in the rain. Watching the stars and moon. Listening to birds chirp, frogs croaking, crickets chirping, and nature. Coloring outside the lines. People can have lots of money and buy things and not be happy. They can be truly miserable. It is like they are filling a void. You can't buy real love, happiness, or true friends. Buying things for people to make up for lost time or fix a problem doesn't give time back nor does it fix the problem. It can cause greed and selfishness. Make people stoop down to levels they shouldn't have to and sometimes lose their self respect. Some end up getting money and then they forgot the people who helped them or the ones who were truly there for them through the good and bad. You should always stand by people who truly care for you. True friends and people who really do love you who aren't faking it are hard to come by. Money can fix the house, car, and essential need. Yes it is nice to have nice things but people get needs and wants mixed up. The materialistic things aren't going to the grave with you. It can turn people into bitter and hateful people. It is sickening. You won't ever get time back. At the end of the day I would rather have quality friendships and relationships spending time with them than anything else in this world.
