Expressing anger

 People argue and fight.  It is a part of life. It is our choice on whether we stay mad or not. It is okay to get mad. Words cut deep. We can't take them back. Sometimes we don't think before we speak. Sometimes we rant and rave which is okay but we have to live with what we say.  By letting others get to you then you give them the power over you.  It is okay to not like what others say to you.  We are in control of what we say and our emotions.  Don't let others rule it because by doing so they win because they got to you.  They got under your skin.  You can be mad at them and not feed into them. Sometimes we have to take a time out and just breath.  I understand it can be frustrating and like everyone is against you. There are people who are listening and want the best for you.  It is okay to express that you are angry.  Your feelings matter. Spread love and light to all

 Spread the love and light to all around you. Everyone across the world needs love and light. The struggles in life for people are real every day problems. They might trying to self medicate or not even want to live anymore. Maybe you ca make a difference in their life. If they don't want to change for them take a step back. Don't enable them. They have to want to change for them. Sometimes smiling at someone can make their day. Telling people to have a wonderful day goes a long way. Listen to others when they need someone to listen. Be kind to others. Even the people are being ugly be kind. It is a reflection of themselves. We don't have to stoop to the level of the ones who talk badly about us. We are not in control of others and what they say. They are entitled to their opinion of us just as we are of them. None of us are perfect. We are all trying to live day by day trying to survive and it isn't always easy. We are our own worst enemies without needing help.Just be

Staying positive in a negative world

 It may be hard to stay positive in such a negative world but in order to change it we need to spread positivity to the world.  People ask how you do that and it's simple.  Cut toxic people out of your life.  Stop giving them attention.  The more attention you give it the more hatred people spread.  It starts with us making those changes. We do it by being kind to others.  We all have struggles.  You don't always see it because people put on a mask. You can make a difference. It is about supporting others and having respect.  Everyone is special and deserves love.

I did a little bit more writing on Psychic Vampire Prophecies and about finished up with another chapter.  Right now they just finished Thanksgiving and starting to decorate with the town. 

Love and light

In this world today I choose to try to inspire others.  I do this because I want people to see they can truly do it. I spread love and light because I want people to stop hating  and spreading the hate that poisons others that is like a virus that spreads. Hate and negativity are a virus that spreads. Why not stop the hate and negativity before it begins?! How do we change the world? It starts with us. People can agree to disagree.  Use words and not violence. It can create a chain reaction to spread love and light to the world.  Everyone in this world deserves to be loved and feel the light that isn't always filled with darkness.  It is about setting a better example for others and hopefully all that love and all that light will shine across the world.  Just be the best version of yourself and don't let others control how you feel about you. Healing after having tonsils out

 I had my tonsils taken out about 3 weeks ago. Was very lucky to have a good team to work on me. They were an amazing bunch who took care of me for the short time I was there since it was outpatient surgery. When I woke up I felt so yucky. I wanted to puke so bad and when I gagged it hurt so bad which made pain go through the roof. I still have some pain. Yawning, sneezing, hiccups, coughing, and things like that are  painful. For the first two weeks all I could do was eat soft foods. My diet has mainly been pudding and cheesy mashed potatoes. I ate lots of popsicles. Had some sherbet and went through some ice cream. Didn't like applesauce much during that time or yogurt as much either. I ate lots of cheesy broccoli soup and could only eat it because it was more like a broth in a way. Towards the end ate mac -n- shells. Drank lots of Gatorade. I tried eating chicken nuggets with ketchup and this is at two week point and the ketchup doesn't feel good going down. I tried sipping
