Just finished up a Spring Break camping scene. Working up to a few birthday scenes.  Family struggles. Will they forgive or will it drag on? What will Alexis do in her relationship? Only time will tell. Will it be hot and steamy? Will there be fights? What relationship doesn't.

This past year I started seeing a therapist for my mental health because I realized I needed someone to talk to. I have battled depression my whole life and used to see a therapist and stopped seeing one for nearly 17yrs. Sometimes life just piles up. There are days I don't want to get out of bed. I would think negatively. Thoughts of I can't do it, I'm ugly, fat, useless, worthless. Some days I am my own worst enemy. I had toxic friendships and relationships over the years. People who told me I can't do it, won't do it, I'm lazy, and many other things. Had many people who were supportive of me or my decisions. Had people who crossed boundaries and didn't respect me. Over the years I have had to cut many toxic people out. In therapy I am working on using my words and coping skills for my anxiety and depression. Also working on self confidence.  I have my up and down days. Life isn't easy.

I recently had a sleep study done. I tossed and turned all night. Trying to put my insomnia butt to sleep was not fun. I think I dozed more than actually slept. Being hooked up to wires while sleeping isn't fun anyway. Going pee with all wires hooked up such fun. Just kidding. I thought I looked like a science experiment. I got the results recently and I found out that I have mild sleep apnea and that I quit breathing some and my oxygen levels were a little low. I had to have this test because I have been battling migraines and we are doing different tests to see what may be causing them.

Alexis is on a new adventure in life. Right now things are very hard for her. She wants to  be happy yet feels like if she is that it's wrong. She is trying to be strong for others.
