Toxic relationships aren't acceptable

 People stop letting people disrespect you. Stop letting people cross your boundaries.  Stop making excuses for their bad behavior and actions. Stop letting people use you.  Don't tolerate it.  Stop letting people make you feel bad for being yourself, speaking your mind, and having your own opinions. You are you and if they don't like that, it is their personal problem not yours. It is a reflection of them not you.  Stop apologizing to people who make you feel bad.  You are aloud to feel the way you do. Stop saying it's okay to ignore bad behavior of how people treat you.  Quit dealing with toxic people.  They will drain your energy, make you feel bad about yourself,  you are always wrong,  you can't do anything right, they play the victim, use you, gas lighting,  control issues,  hold things over your head,  and the list goes on.  You are worth something.  You deserve the  best in all relationships with family, friends, or significant others.  You deserve love.  Respect yourself to get out of toxic relationships.  Emotional and physical abuse should not be excused as acceptable.  Get help if you need it. Don't stay just because you think there is no way out.  Ask for help and look into places that can help you. Everyone deserves happiness.
