Stress and cutting people out

 When people cause you more stress than happiness it is time to take a break from them or possibly time to cut them out of your life.  You don't need family or friends who are going to add extra stress all the time. It isn't fair to you if they are constantly being negative or not respecting you. You can be there to listen but they shouldn't always dump extra added stress to your life.  Do what is right for you and don't be afraid to speak up.
