Focus on you

 Don't forget to focus on you every now and then because it is important for your mental health. The world doesn't revolve around the people in your life and it doesn't revolve around you either.  It is important to do the things you enjoy doing not just what everyone else is doing. Don't let others waste your time.  Make time for you.  Learn to enjoy your own company. Enjoy the silence. Enjoy the peace. Don't always rush and be in a hurry.  Be patient. Do you.
