Stop ignoring your gut and red flags

 Sometimes we don't listen to our gut even though it's like red flag and get away. We have a tendency to ignore the gut and red flags that people give us with how they act and behave. Stop ignoring the gut. It isn't lying to you. It is picking up on that bad energy and saying get far far away. Listen to it. Watch the red flags and don't ignore them either.  It might save your mental health or physical health or for other reasons.
