Its okay to not be okay

 It's okay to not be okay.  Some make it out like you have to be strong all the time. No, you don't have to be.  It is okay to be sad, mad, unsure, and whatever emotion you want to feel. It is okay to fall apart.  You don't always have to wear a mask. It is okay to not wear a mask. Some people don't listen or tale time to understand.  You are aloud to feel how you feel and no one has the right to make you feel bad or worse.
