I am on week 3 of walking

 This week has beena battle of staying motivated yet I have stuck to it. Probably need to cut back a little on junk food. Some days I do really good and other days not so great. I think it's due to stress and emotional stuff going on. I have been doing other things to help with stress and emotional stuff. Maybe I need something else.  I am trying my best. I will update you after I finish week 3 of walking.
