Psychic Vampire Prophecies Volume 5

Alexis woke up early on New Year’s Eve, her mind was nonstop go. She had a lot to do that day to get things ready for the party even though she had lots of help. When she woke that morning she rolled over and kissed Alexander, which woke him from his deep slumber.

“Good morning. Let's go back to sleep,” he said in a groggy voice.

She was propped up on her side facing him.

“Wish we could.”

“Let's just do it.”

She wanted to go back to sleep just as badly as him, but knew nothing would get done one time if she didn't get up.

“We have too much to do today.”

He knew she was right. He pouted. She leaned down to kiss him.

Then she got up to get her clothes out and went to take a quick shower before breakfast. Alexander went and done the same thing. They met downstairs. No one was up when they got up that morning.

She wasn't shocked in the least. That's how it usually was any other day.

They looked through the fridge to see what there was to cook. She got stuff to make pancakes while he made a fruit salad. He also made coffee. Before everyone woke up they went outside for a morning smoke. Alexis didn't smoke often. Her nerves were a little better, but not fully. It helped take the edge off.

That morning they talked about what Alexander was going to do after New Year’s since he was finished with school. He wasn't sure where he wanted to work. They talked about him going with her.

Even if he didn't go with her they still planned to spend every weekend together.
