It is okay to not be okay

 It is okay to not be okay. It is okay to be sad. It is okay to be angry. It is okay to feel what you want to feel.  No one has the right to tell you how to feel. It is okay too cry. It is okay not to clean the house when you don't feel like it. It is okay to not answer the phone or see people during that.  It is okay to sleep more. Take time for yourself.  Do things for you.  Take a shower or bath. Listen to music.  Color blow bubbles.  Watch movies.  Take a walk. Even if you aren't okay now and everything is falling apart distract yourself. Sometimes that is what you have to do. I know it might be rock bottom and the worst stuff you've ever endured and something I know is that you can work through it. You find ways to cope. There are going to be times you think you aren't worth it. You are worth it. You will think you don't deserve the best and you do deserve the best. You might think that you aren't worth love and you are worth being loved. You are worth being accepted for you. Sometimes bad things happen and they pile up. You got this though. Don't let anyone tell you differently.  Your feelings matter.  No one has the right to judge you.  We all make mistakes.  We all have pasts. We are all learning.  Sometimes we repeat our mistakes.  Cut negative and toxic people who are bad for you.  Be the best you for you.  You are trying your best and that is good enough.  When you are not okay just know that there is still hope.
